Vinnie Loses In Court

Vinnie Vincent has now lost his final court battle against Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley. In a decision made by the United States Court Of Appeals For The Ninth Circuit last week, Vinnie must pay Gene's attorney's fees. Vinnie Vincent Ordered To Anger Management Course

Nashville Scene reports that Vinnie Vincent has been ordered by the state of Tennessee to attend eight hours of anger-management therapy. This will temporarily retire the case for a year. The pre-trial agreement can be seen above. Read more here.

Vinnie Vincent Not Punished For Dead Dogs

According to TMZ, Vinnie Vincent will not get punished for the dead dogs found on his premises. TMZ writes the following:

Vinnie had kept all 4 animals in above-ground plastic storage bins, clearly marked as graves ... with little memorials written on them -- and even though it's really creepy ... it ain't illegal.

It's still unclear what will happen regarding Vinnie allegedly beating his wife.

Update About Vinnie Vincent's Charges

Media now reports that Vinnie Vincent's wife Diane arrived to the Sheriff's Office "covered in blood" and reeking of alcohol. In addition to this, the officers found four sealed containers containing deceased dogs in Vinnie's house.
Vinnie is now released against a $10,000 bail. The mugshot can be seen above.

TMZ reports that Vinnie Vincent was arrested yesterday on charges of aggravated assault. This happened in Tennessee. Vinnie has now been released against a $10,000 bond.

February 22nd next year sees the release of the unauthorized DVD "Kiss - Invasion (A Look At The Lost Egyptian God, Vinnie Vincent)". As you can tell from the title this is a DVD focused on Vinnie Vincent and it features interviews and convention appearances. The DVD can be pre-ordered here.

Vinnie Vincent Loses Bankruptcy Appeal

Courthouse News Service reports that Vinne Vincent has lost his sixth circuit appeal from seeking bankruptcy appeal from paying USD 81 000 to Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons.
