European Tour Over

Yesterday (June 27th) Kiss headlined the Graspop Festival in Belgium. This was the last show on their European tour that started in early May.

Kiss In Malmö

I have just attended the Kiss show at the Stadium in Malmö, Sweden. 22 000 tickets were sold which means that the show was almost sold out. The set list was the same as on the previous shows (including "Beth").

I am out travelling so I will get back in a couple of days with more photos etc but here's one photo I took of Gene.

Gene Simmons Interviewed By Expressen Newspaper

It seems like it's total Kissteria in Sweden at the moment. The newspapers are flooded with reports on what the band members are doing during their days off in Stockholm. The Expressen newspaper has now published a short interview with Gene where he mentions that Stockholm is "an amazing city" and the usual talk about the 3000 licences. Kiss At Gröna Lund Amusement Park

As reported here earlier, Kiss are spending this week in Stockholm, Sweden. Yesterday (June 7th) they were taken to the amusement park Gröna Lund in the afternoon and to a dinner at the ship restaurant M/S Gerda in the evening. The newspaper Expressen has posted this report.

Paul Stanley At The Zoo

Yesterday afternoon (June 7th) Paul Stanley visted the Skansen Zoo in central Stockholm. Paul's friend the songwriter Andreas Carlsson (who co-wrote some of the songs on "Live To Win") was the one who took Paul to the zoo. Kiss Has Arrived In Sweden

Yesterday (June 6th) at 5 PM the Kiss jet landed at Arlanda Airport in Stockholm, Sweden. Kiss will spend the upcoming week in Sweden and use Stockholm as the base for the shows in the Nordic countries (Trondheim, Tampere, Stockholm, Malmö, Oslo and Aalborg). The Swedish newspaper Expressen reports that Kiss were supposed to attend a party last evening but they cancelled due to "problems with their hair"!.

Kiss Party In Stockholm

According to the Swedish newspaper Aftonbladet, Kiss will host a pre-party at the trendy night club Café Opera in Stockholm this Friday (the day before their show at Stockholm Stadium). The night club boss Jonas Ghauri is quoted saying "We have had a dialogue with the band for a long time. They have not made any special demands, they just want to party". When Kiss played in Stockholm two years ago they went to Café Opera after the show.
