Kiss Played Beth!

Earlier today (May 31st) Kiss performed in Hamburg, Germany. For the first time on this tour they performed "Beth" with Eric Singer handling the lead vocals. Check it out here:

The Hungarian TV station TV2 showed this nice Kiss clip this Saturday (May 29th).

Tommy Thayer And Eric Singer VIP Event

June 23rd Kiss will perform in Madrid, Spain. Immediately after the show Eric and Tommy will join the VIP party named "One Night With Tommy And Eric". This is arranged by Kiss Army Spain.

Criminal Charges Against Gene Dropped

TMZ reports that the criminal charges against Gene have been dropped. This was for an alleged "violent altercation with two people" that supposedly took place last year. Read more here.

Back From Berlin




I am now back from Berlin where I attended yesterday's Kiss show. I even did the meet and greet! That was definately money well spent! The show was really good and the new stage set looks amazing. The set list was the same as on the previous shows.

Kiss US Tour Officially Confirmed

As mentioned here before, Kiss will do a full US tour starting July 23rd in Wyoming. This is now officially confirmed. Tickets to some of the shows can be bought here. Kiss will donate one dollar per ticket to the Wounded Warriors Project.

Kiss In Vienna

Yesterday (May 20th) Kiss performed in Vienna, Austria. On all other shows so far during this tour exactly the same set list has been performed. However, in Vienna they didn't play Love Gun, Shout It Out Loud and Lick It Up. Paul is said to have had problems with his voice so this seems to be the reason for cutting three songs from the set.

Yesterday (May 16th) Kiss performed the first show on mainland Europe during this tour. The show took place at Hallenstadion in Zürich, Switzerland. Kiss Mourn Ronnie James Dio

My all-time favorite artist besides Kiss has always been Ronnie James Dio. It's very enormous sadness I have received the news that he has passed away. I had the honour of meeting him a couple of times and he was the nicest person you could imagine. Kiss has published this official comment:

We mourn the tragic passing of the great Ronnie James Dio. In addition to his powerhouse vocal ability, Ronnie was a true gentleman who always emanated great warmth and friendship to us and everyone around him. We will miss him.

New Support Act In Spain

The Swedish band Imperial State Electric will support Kiss at the shows in Barcelona and Madrid. Imperial State Electric features Nicke Andersson who previously played in The Hellacopters who supported Kiss in Stockholm, Oslo and Helsinki the summer of 1997.

Yesterday (May 12th) Kiss played the first of two shows at the Wembley Arena in London, England. The set list was once again the same as all other shows so far on this tour. Kiss In Wisconsin In August?

As mentioned here before, there are rumors about a Kiss show in Detroit in September. There are now other rumors saying that Kiss will perform at the Alliant Energy Center in Madison (Wisconsin) August 14th. Please note that this should be considered just a rumor so far.
