City Councillor Is Disappointed At Kiss

The Canadian newspaper Toronto Sun reports that the city councillor of Oshawa, Robert Lutczyk, is devastated that Oshawa isn't included in the upcoming Kiss tour although Oshawa came in the first place in the city contest held earlier this year. Robert Lutczyk says the following: "Gene told us personally that KISS would be in Oshawa. He said the top three in the contest are guaranteed a show."
