Court Dismisses Lawsuit Against Family Jewels

Metropolitan News reports that The District's Court Of Appeal on January 20th dismissed a lawsuit against Gene Simmons' Family Jewels. The lawsuit was made by a man who was filmed in New Orleans while speaking to Gene. The man was aware of the fact that he was being filmed and he even wore a microphone.
