Associated Press reports that Gene Simmons is sued by a Los Angeles businessman called Allan Brown. Gene and two of his business partners cut Brown off from a deal between Gene and the Indy Racing League, according to the lawsuit. AP has tried to get a comment from Gene's attorney but they have not succeeded.
