Interesting Article In Trade Magazine
The English music industry trade magazine IQ has got a very interesting Kiss article in their latest issue (#18). People like manager Doc McGhee, agent Rod MacSween, pyrotechnician Doug Adams as well as concert promoters are interviewed. Really interesting and something out of the ordinary. Some shots from the magazine can be seen here.

Kiss On The Cover Of Good Times Magazine

The German "oldies music" magazine Good Times has got a nice photo from The Elder era on the cover of their latest issue. The article in the magazine is called "Kiss - Triumphe, Tragödien, Vermarktungs-Genies", meaning "Kiss - Triumphs, Tragedies and Marketing Geniuses". And as always in Germany, the censored logo is used.

Kiss Songs Featured In Swedish Mainstream Show
The cheesy Swedish mainstream artist Robert Wells recently had the opening show for his traditional annual summer tour of Sweden called "Rhapsody In Rock". This package tour contains some of the biggest names in Swedish mainstream music. This year the last number of the main set is - believe it or not - a Kiss medley. The female vocalists Charlotte Perelli, Sofia Källgren and LaGaylia Frazier are doing I Was Made For Loving You, Detroit Rock City, Rock N Roll All Nite, God Gave Rock N Roll To You and Heaven's On Fire together with Robert Wells and the orchestra. Totally tacky and cheesy but still kind of interesting that Kiss are featured in a mainstream situation like this. The tour will continue over Sweden all summer.

Kiss To South America?
Internet rumor says that Kiss are confirmed for the headlining spot at Pepsi Music Festival in Argentina in September. This is just a rumor so I can’t confirm it but it would make sense for Kiss to look into South America in the fall. Another rumor has it that Kiss will do a large Asian tour in late 2008 or early 2009. Again, just rumors…
